Job summary
Aged & Community Services Australia is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist for a hybrid role covering community, clinic, and home-based care in Adelaide.
You will assess adults under NDIS and Home Care Package, recommend assistive technology, and collaborate with other Allied Health professionals to create independent living plans.

Qualifications
- AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapist
- Experience in adult/community settings preferred
- NDIS and Home Care Package experience encouraged
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy to adults under NDIS and HCP in home and community settings.
- Conduct Functional Capacity Assessments, recommend assistive technology, and support home modifications.
- Create tailored therapy plans that promote independence and collaborate with physiotherapists and allied health professionals.
- Participation in community events, workshops, and team-building activities.
- Mentor and support career progression for colleagues.
- Support leadership pathways and ongoing professional development.
