Job summary

BaptistCare NSW & ACT is seeking a Care Worker to support clients in Ulladulla and the Shoalhaven area, delivering quality in-home care with dignity and respect. You will assist with tasks such as household chores, showering, dressing, meals, mobility and transport, while building genuine connections and promoting independence.

A current Australian driver licence and reliable vehicle are essential; availability 3 x weekdays 8am–4pm is preferred.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted Australian Driver Licence.
• Reliable vehicle to transport clients.
• Strong communication and patient approach.
• Proficient with smartphones, apps and email.

Responsibilities

• Assist with household tasks and activities of daily living.
• Support showering, dressing, meal preparation and mobility.
• Provide transport to appointments and activities for clients.
• Develop genuine connections and promote independence in home care.
