BaptistCare NSW/ACT - Aged Care is seeking a Care Worker to support older Australians in the Ulladulla and Shoalhaven areas. You will join the BaptistCare At Home team to deliver quality complex care and help clients live independently in their own homes.

We offer orientation, supervisor support, a dedicated learning team, and flexible hours. Earn between $34.42/hr (unqualified) and $36.23/hr (qualified) plus superannuation and travel time allowance.

Qualifications

• No prior care experience required.
• Unrestricted Australian driver licence required.
• Reliable vehicle and willingness to travel between clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist with household tasks such as cleaning, showering, dressing, and meal preparation.
• Provide continence support and basic medication assistance.
• Transport clients between locations.
• Build genuine connections to support independent living at home.
