Job summary

The Benevolent Society is seeking dedicated home care support workers to assist older clients in their homes across Sydney’s Western Suburbs. Roles are part-time (up to 10–20 hours per week) with travel between client homes and flexible rostering to fit your schedule.

You will provide in-home personal care, meal prep, housework, and mobility support, following each client’s Care Plan. A Certificate III/IV or Diploma in Aged Care is required, and a current driver’s license with your own vehicle

Qualifications

• Current driver’s license and own vehicle with insurance.
• Willingness to travel to clients’ homes within Western Suburbs Sydney.
• Experience with mobility aids/hoisting devices is valued.
• Certificate(s) in Aged Care or related field required.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home personal care and daily living support.
• Assist with showering, hygiene, meal prep, housekeeping, and laundry.
• Deliver care aligned with each client’s plan and report changes in health.
• Work as part of a team to ensure a positive client experience.
• Support transportation needs for shopping and appointments.
