Job summary

McArthur Aged Care is partnering with a Not-for-Profit provider to place Personal Care Assistants in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs. You will support elderly clients living at home, delivering essential services and acting as the bridge between home and community to boost wellbeing.

We are looking for caring individuals with NSW driver’s license, First Aid/CPR, WWCC, and suitable aged care/nursing qualifications. A rewarding role with weekly pay and potential progression awaits.

Qualifications

• A positive attitude and genuine passion for aged care.
• NSW driver's licence, reliable vehicle, and insurance.
• Current First Aid and CPR certificates.
• WWCC or willingness to obtain one.
• One of the listed aged care or nursing qualifications.
• Excellent spoken and written English; other languages are valued.

Responsibilities

• Deliver essential services to elderly clients in your local community.
• Be a vital link between home and community, improving client wellbeing.
• Available for a minimum of 3 days (Mon, Wed, Fri) or a full week.
