dnata catering & retail in Perth is seeking a dedicated Catering Attendant to join our busy international inflight catering operation. You will work in a fast-paced kitchen, preparing, portioning and plating meals to airline specifications and ensuring carts are ready for service.

Qualifications

• Full ongoing working rights in Australia.
• Pass pre-employment checks, incl. National Police Check and medical assessment.
• Availability to work shifts (including weekends and public holidays) and the ability to stand for extended periods.
• Strong commitment to safety, hygiene and compliance.
• Team-first mindset with a willingness to support others.
• Good communication and basic numeracy skills.
• Basic knife skills (role-specific).
• Food hygiene and HACCP knowledge (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Prepare, portion and plate meals following visual presentation guides.
• Assemble meal trays to airline specifications and load onto airline carts.
• Stock airline carts with packaged food, beverages and equipment.
• Load and unload dishwashers with cutlery, crockery and glassware, ensuring cleanliness.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene and workplace safety policies (HACCP, IFSA, QSAI).
