Job summary

dnata catering & retail in Sydney is seeking a full-time Catering Attendant to help deliver premium meals for major airlines. You will join a fast-paced production team, preparing and portioning items, packing for dispatch, and supporting on-time service on flights.

We value safety, hygiene and teamwork, with opportunities for training and career progression. Five weeks’ annual leave, onsite parking, meals, uniforms and 24/7 EAP support are part of the package.

Qualifications

• Full ongoing working rights in Australia.
• Ability to pass pre-employment checks (police check and medical).
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends/public holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Basic numeracy and good communication.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and portioning food items to airline specifications.
• Following recipes and presentation guides for consistency.
• Packing meals for dispatch in line with schedules.
• Collaborating with teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Completing food safety and quality documentation per standards.
• Adhering to HACCP, IFSA and QSAI safety policies.
