Job summary

Jungheinrich Australia seeks an experienced professional to architect and govern our integrated management system (IMS) across WHS, quality and environmental management. You will own documentation, audits, corrective actions and the compliance register for AU/NZ, while connecting with APAC and Global HSEQ teams.

You will lead CAPA, trend analysis, and performance dashboards, reporting monthly to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• A tertiary qualification in WHS, quality, or environmental management.
• Internal auditor training (ISO 19011) and lead auditor in ISO 45001/14001/9001 or willingness to complete within 12 months.
• 5+ years in a management-systems, quality, assurance or compliance role with IMS, document control and audit experience.
• Strong technical writing, analytical and data skills; Power BI experience is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel; unrestricted rights to work in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Own the IMS design, integration and continual improvement across three standards, and our certification, surveillance and recertification audits.
• Manage the controlled document set, templates, version control and record retention.
• Lead the ISO internal audit program and provide second-line assurance of frontline safety programs.
• Oversee the CAPA system: corrective action verification, trend analysis and systemic improvement.
• Maintain the compliance and legal register for Australia and New Zealand.
• Develop the competence evidence framework: training, licences, high risk work licences and registers.
• Manage the HSEQ Performance Register, KPIs and dashboards, and monthly reporting to the Director and senior leadership.
• Support Group ESH and ESG systems: disclosure readiness and Group audit processes.
