Job summary

Chart Industries, Inc. is seeking an EHS professional to provide site-based support and assurance, helping develop, implement, and continuously improve the IMS aligned to ISO 45001, 14001 and 9001.

You will lead audits, investigations, and proactive coaching to drive safe, compliant work practices across APAC sites. The role involves travel to APAC project sites and client locations, delivering training, maintaining documentation, and supporting management reviews and audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in OHS, environmental science, risk or engineering.
• ISO 14001 internal auditor certification.
• ICAM lead investigator experience preferred.
• Safety in Design risk management experience.
• Hazardous chemicals management aligned with Safe Work Codes of Practice.
• HRWL exposure knowledge; White Card is required.
• Understanding of environmental risk and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with IMS development aligned to ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 9001.
• Conduct site inspections, audits, permit verifications and ensure control effectiveness.
• Lead or assist investigations (ICAM) and implement corrective actions.
• Deliver toolbox talks and coach site personnel on safe work practices.
• Maintain records and support internal/external ISO audits and management reviews.
