Job summary

Binah Group in Sydney is seeking a WHS/IMS professional to lead safety, environment and quality on project sites. You will drive ISO9001/ISO14001/ISO45001 alignment, develop programs, conduct audits and provide expert advice to project teams.

The role includes reporting, coaching, training staff, and maintaining the Integrated Management System while ensuring compliance with legislation. You will foster a positive safety culture and work with MBA safety networks to promote best practices.

Qualifications

• Ter tiary qualifications in OH&S (e.g., Advanced Diploma, Certificate IV OHS).
• Current first aid certificate.
• Experience in WHS/IMS within construction or similar environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead IMS/WHS on site and ensure compliance with ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001.
• Develop and roll out safety, environment and quality programs.
• Conduct audits, investigations and risk assessments.
• Mentor and train site staff and project teams in IMS requirements.
• Prepare monthly IMS reports and present to management.
• Collaborate with site teams and MBA safety networks.
