Job summary

Mercy Health is seeking an Improvement Coach to work in a hybrid arrangement from the Richmond-based Support Services Office. You will partner with leaders and frontline teams to build improvement capability and drive meaningful change in care delivery.

In this role you will coach, facilitate and support practical improvements across Healthy Ageing and other Mercy Health services, building teams’ skills and confidence in testing ideas and implementing solutions.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of improvement methodologies and an interest in helping teams improve the way care and services are delivered.
• Experience supporting, coaching or facilitating teams to identify opportunities, test ideas and implement practical solutions.
• Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work collaboratively across disciplines and service settings.
• Confidence engaging stakeholders and supporting teams through improvement and change.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and organisational skills, with a practical and adaptable approach to problem solving.
• A commitment to person-centred care and continuous learning that aligns with Mercy Health's Care Reimagined vision.
• Evidence of, or in the process of obtaining, a current Police Record Check.
