Job summary

Candii in Australia is seeking an organised import operations professional to coordinate air and sea imports from departure to delivery within a flexible, hybrid work model. You will liaise with customers, carriers and service providers, monitor shipments, maintain CargoWise records, and report to the Operations Manager.

Qualifications

• Previous import operations experience in freight forwarding.
• Strong understanding of air and sea freight processes.
• Experience using CargoWise is highly regarded.
• Confident customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
• National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate air and sea imports from departure to delivery.
• Liaise with customers, carriers, agents and service providers.
• Monitor shipments and provide regular customer updates.
• Maintain accurate files and shipment details in CargoWise.
• Report directly to the Operations Manager.
