Job summary

Tradewise Global Logistics is seeking a Logistics Co-Ordinator for our Brisbane office to join the import team on a full-time basis. The role focuses on coordinating international air and sea freight shipments, communicating with clients and overseas agents, and liaising with shipping lines and service partners to ensure timely cargo movement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in international freight forwarding.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong commitment to customer service.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to work independently within a team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate international air and sea freight shipments.
• Communicate with clients and overseas agents.
• Liaise with shipping lines, airlines, depots and service partners.
• Monitor shipments and ensure cargo progresses within required timeframes.
• Provide proactive shipment updates to clients.
• Manage client order and shipment status reports.
• Lodge Air and Sea Cargo Reports.
• Qualify, accrue and process supplier invoices.
• Develop relationships with assigned key customers and contacts.
• Identify and resolve operational issues before impact to customer.
