Job summary

Darling Downs Health is seeking an Implementation Inventory Purchasing Lead to ensure teams have the products, systems and support needed to deliver exceptional care across the region. You will lead a high-performing team, use data to strengthen inventory performance and build trusted stakeholder relationships to drive positive outcomes.

You will champion improvements that create efficient, sustainable and innovative ways of working while aligning with the health service's mission to serve

Qualifications

  • Experience leading teams in supply chain, logistics, purchasing, inventory or similar operational environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to turn information into meaningful action.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills that build trust, influence and collaboration.
  • Proven ability to lead change and deliver results in a complex setting.
