Job summary

Darling Downs Health is seeking an Implementation Inventory Purchasing Lead based in Toowoomba. Lead a high-performing team, ensure the right products and systems are in place to deliver exceptional care, and influence smarter ways of working across the region.

You will use data insights to boost inventory performance, strengthen service outcomes and support informed decision making while building trusted relationships with a broad network of stakeholders.

  • Experience leading teams in supply chain, logistics, purchasing, inventory or a similar operational environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn information into meaningful action.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills that build trust, influence and collaboration.
  • A proven ability to lead change, manage competing priorities and deliver results in a complex setting.

You'll stand out from the crowd if you have experience with enterprise business systems, reporting or business intelligence tools, and/or qualifications in supply chain, logistics, procurement, business or project management.
