Job summary

Ethos BeathChapman is seeking a Senior Dayforce WFM Implementation Consultant to lead end-to-end deployments from discovery through go-live and stabilisation, working with client teams to design scalable workforce solutions and configure advanced Dayforce modules.

The role is on-site in south-west Sydney, Camden area, with immediate start. You will train, mentor junior consultants, and collaborate with Payroll, HR, Benefits, and Integrations teams to ensure successful deployments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Dayforce Workforce Management implementation experience.
• Proven success leading complex full lifecycle WFM implementations.
• Advanced configuration expertise across Dayforce Workforce Management modules.
• Strong knowledge of labour regulations, workforce compliance, and complex scheduling environments.
• Experience working with unionised workforces and multi-site organisations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Dayforce WFM implementations from discovery to go-live and stabilisation.
• Facilitate client workshops to gather requirements and align policies.
• Configure Time Calculation Rules, Pay Policies & Entitlements, Attendance Management, Scheduling, Job Costing & Labor Allocation, Time Clocks & Punch Policies, Time Entry Imports and Time Import Wizard.
• Design solutions for complex labour compliance, including overtime regulations.
• Develop and support testing strategies, UAT, issue resolution, and production readiness.
• Partner with Payroll, HR, Benefits, Integrations, and Project Management teams to deliver outcomes.
• Provide client training and mentorship to junior consultants.

Preferred Qualifications

• Dayforce Workforce Management certification(s).
• Experience implementing solutions for healthcare, manufacturing, utilities, public sector, or other complex workforce environments.
• Enterprise HCM project leadership or workstream lead experience.
