Job summary

Magnisol, part of GroupElephant.com, is seeking an Implementation Consultant to drive Dayforce Workforce Management implementations for diverse clients across Australia.

You will collaborate with clients to document requirements, lead system configuration, and support readiness and Go Live while coaching junior consultants and improving scheduling and compliance outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience with Dayforce Workforce Management (Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Entitlements, Pay Policies) from client or implementation contexts.
• Implementation consulting experience delivering full end-to-end lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of compliance frameworks (penalties, overtime, allowances, fatigue management).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand and document business requirements including Australian Awards and enterprise agreements.
• Lead configuration and delivery of Dayforce Workforce Management for complex models (multi-site, shift-based, remote operations).
• Support clients through readiness and adoption activities including training, data validation, and Go Live.
• Train and coach junior implementation consultants.
• Provide insights to optimise scheduling, labour planning, and compliance.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

Experience in Dayforce Workforce Management (Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Entitlements, & Pay Policies) from either client side or implementation.

Implementation Consulting experience, delivering full end to end lifecycle.

Strong understanding of compliance frameworks (penalties, overtime, allowances, fatigue management).

Ability to translate operational requirements into Dayforce configuration.

Excellent communication, analytical, and organisational skills.
