Qualifications

• Qualifications in Certificate III in Employment Services, Community Services, Disability Services or similar, or willingness to complete a formal qualification with support from Status.

Responsibilities

• Provide tailored, on-the-job coaching to people with disability to maintain meaningful employment.
• Build confidence, resolve workplace challenges and foster sustainable employment through strong relationships.
• Support both individual and employer needs with practical assistance and ongoing guidance.
