Qualifications

• Be willing to complete a Working with Children Check and National Police Check.
• Tertiary qualification in Disability or Community Services or willing to actively work towards a qualification.
• Eligible to work in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Provide one‑to‑one coaching and needs assessments to help participants overcome barriers to employment.
• Support career planning: resume writing, interview preparation, and job search strategies.
• Engage with employers and stakeholders to source, match and broker suitable employment opportunities.
• Deliver individual case management and referrals to services addressing vocational and non‑vocational barriers.
• Provide ongoing post‑placement support to promote sustained employment.
