Job summary

Eighty9 Limited invites applications for a full-time Workplace Coach role supporting the Inclusive Employment Australia program in Oaklands Park. You will deliver on-the-job coaching to people with disability, helping them secure and sustain meaningful employment while partnering with employers and a dedicated team.

The successful candidate will bring empathy, connection skills and a proactive, autonomous work style within a fast-paced service environment.

Qualifications

• Qualifications in Certificate III in Employment Services, Community Services, Disability Services or similar, or willingness to complete a formal qualification with support from Status.

Responsibilities

• Provide tailored, on-the-job coaching to people with disability to maintain meaningful employment.
• Build confidence, resolve workplace challenges and foster sustainable employment through strong relationships.
• Support both individual and employer needs with practical assistance and ongoing guidance.

As a Workplace Coach, you’ll support people with disability in maintaining meaningful employment by providing tailored, on-the-job coaching that responds to both individual and employer needs.
