Qualifications

• Experience in technology risk, assurance, audit or operational risk environments.
• Confidence reviewing processes, controls and risk management end-to-end.
• Strong communication skills to influence and challenge.
• Experience in financial services, consulting or regulated industries.
• Curiosity and analytical thinking that helps uncover insights and opportunities for improvement.
• Enterprise mindset and ability to build trusted relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Experience translating complex risk concepts into practical and actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand end-to-end processes and identify risks.
• Deliver oversight and assurance across technology and operational environments.
• Conduct targeted reviews and develop observations and recommendations for improvement.
• Analyse risk information, trends and indicators to form independent risk views.
• Collaborate with risk specialists and leaders to strengthen risk frameworks and governance.
• Influence and support the implementation of policies and frameworks for consistent risk management across the business.
