- Strong technical capability across materials, tools and workshop practices.
- Experience leading or mentoring others.

Responsibilities
- Leading and mentoring Technical Officers, building capability and confidence.
- Managing end-to-end fabrication workflow (not just one step in the process).
- Ensuring quality, safety and compliance across all workshop activities.
- Working closely with clinicians to deliver tailored patient solutions.
- Driving continuous improvement in materials, processes and innovation.
