Job summary

The City of Whittlesea is seeking a Department Support and Project Officer to join the Compliance & Environmental Health team. You will support leadership, coordinate projects, analyse data, and drive service improvements across regulatory safety services while delivering strong customer outcomes.

This full-time role offers hybrid working from home, a total remuneration package around 100,440 AUD plus super, and a supportive environment focused on initiative and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in project coordination, governance, business support, or administration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organised with strong analytical skills and the ability to develop insights from data.
