Job summary

Gippsland PHN in Victoria is seeking a full-time Program Development and Engagement Officer to provide project, procurement and administrative support within the Procurement, Program Development and Engagement team. You will work with operational teams across Gippsland to assist research, planning, co-design, procurement, tendering, monitoring and reporting for commissioned programs and services.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement, tendering and contract monitoring.
• Ability to coordinate projects and maintain documentation.
• Strong data collection and analysis to inform service planning.

Responsibilities

• Support the Coordinator in developing new models of care and commissioned services.
• Assist in the development of project and procurement plans.
• Prepare procurement documentation and manage records.
• Contribute to stakeholder engagement and co-design activities.
• Monitor and report on funded programs and budget performance.
