Job summary

Department of Health in Victoria is seeking a Project Officer to support the Virtual Care and Community Pharmacy team. The role delivers program priorities, supports end-to-end contract and procurement processes, and provides data analysis to inform initiatives including 1800MEDICARE, Language Services, and Community Pharmacist programs.

The role focuses on performance monitoring, reporting, and developing written materials while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Prepares reports, briefs and correspondence on issues that impact at program or organisational level.
• Develops and implements operational communication and consultation strategies on specific projects.
• Researches and applies knowledge in a specialised field to operational problem solving.
• Draft and develop material including Cabinet and Cabinet related material, Ministerial and Secretary briefings and meeting papers, agendas, minutes and reports.
