Job summary

Noah's Ark Professional in Echuca seeks an Occupational Therapist to join a close-knit, transdisciplinary team delivering evidence-informed early childhood intervention to children and families. The role is permanent, Echuca-based with travel to surrounding regions, offering growth within a connected team of therapists and educators.

You will work within a Key Worker model, embedding OT strategies into everyday routines, collaborate with families and colleagues, and participate in supervision

Qualifications

• Must have OT qualification and current AHPRA registration.
• Passionate about supporting children and families.
• Enjoy collaborating and building meaningful relationships.
• Strong clinical reasoning and commitment to evidence-informed practice.

Responsibilities

• Support children to participate in everyday activities at home, school, and community.
• Deliver therapy and coaching embedded in daily routines.
• Partner with families to build confidence and sustainable outcomes.
• Work within Key Worker and transdisciplinary model with broader team.
• Contribute OT expertise and strengthen contemporary practice.
• Participate in reflective practice, supervision and ongoing professional development.
• Foster a culture of learning, quality improvement and service excellence.
