Job summary

Noah's Inclusion Services is seeking passionate Occupational Therapists to join our multidisciplinary team in Flinders or Nowra.

New graduates are welcome. You will provide OT services to children aged 0–18, collaborate with other professionals, supervise students, and contribute to impactful programs. Flexible full-time or part-time roles with home-based options and supportive leadership.

Qualifications

• Recognised degree in Occupational Therapy (Bachelor or Master).
• Registered with AHPRA.
• Current Working With Children Check.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check cleared.
• Current Driver's Licence.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical guidance and upskilling to multidisciplinary team members.
• Consult and collaborate with Key Workers for goal-directed support across environments.
• Supervise therapy students with clinical reasoning support and feedback.
• Develop and document evidence-based Therapy Assistant programs aligned with client goals.
• Contribute to integrated service delivery and best practice outcomes.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and participate in service planning.
