Job summary

Noah's Inclusion Services is seeking passionate Occupational Therapists to join our multidisciplinary team in Flinders or Nowra.

New graduates are welcome. You will provide OT services to children aged 0–18, collaborate with other professionals, supervise students, and contribute to impactful programs. Flexible full-time or part-time roles with home-based options and supportive leadership.

Funded in 1981, Noah's Inclusion Services has been a not-for-profit community-based organisation that is an industry leader in disability and early childhood education. We provide therapy, education and support to over 2000 children with a disability or additional needs and their families each year across picturesque Shoalhaven Illawarra and Eurobodalla regions. We employ an outstanding team of dedicated and passionate staff, including Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologist, Physiotherapist, Psychologist, Teachers, Allied Health Assistants and Behaviour Support Practitioners.

Our multiple programs, including Aboriginal specific programs, are designed to meet the needs of our community. Our services are funded through a range of sources including Federal, State and Local Government Departments, NDIS, philanthropic funding and other organisations and peak bodies. Key responsibilities:

• Provide clinical guidance, education and upskilling to multidisciplinary team members.
• Consult and collaborate with Key Workers to ensure consistent, goal-directed support across environments.
• Supervise therapy students, including clinical reasoning support, feedback and competency development.
• Develop and document evidence-based Therapy Assistant programs aligned with client goals and therapy plans.
• Contribute to a multidisciplinary approach, supporting integrated service delivery and best practice outcomes.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and participate in service planning and review process.

About you

Our ideal candidate will have:

• A positive attitude and the desire to be a part of a dynamic team.
• The ability to provide an efficient and effective Occupational Therapy service to children 0 – 18 years.
• Services may include 1:1 intervention, group intervention, consultation or home programming for acquired or developmental delays and disorders as the position requires.
• A passion to provide children and families with evidence informed intervention programs in a flexible, fun, family centred approach.
• A solution focused mindset to work creatively with your clients, your team and relevant others.
• A commitment to evidence based practice principles and an understanding of best practice in early childhood intervention.
• An ability to work in a transdisciplinary and/or multidisciplinary team, using family-centred and strength-based approaches.
• Willingness to work in community settings, e.g. early learning centres, schools, and client homes, as well as on-site at Noah’s Inclusion Services locations.
• Strong caseload management skills, with the ability to apply high-level reasoning and independent professional judgment.
• Demonstrated understanding of children and families from CALD and Aboriginal communities within the perspective of health and wellbeing.
• Highly developed written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills including IT.
• Paediatric experience preferred.

Requirements:

• Applicants must have a recognised degree in Occupational Therapy, e.g., Bachelor of Applied Science (Occupational Therapy) or Master of Occupational Therapy.
• Registered with AHPRA.
• A current cleared Working With Children Check.
• A cleared NDIS Worker Screening Check.
• Current Drivers Licence.
• A reliable registered and insured vehicle.
