Pathway Talent is seeking a Concierge Disability Support Worker / Enrolled Nurse in Sydney. Casual and contract opportunities from $45.28 per hour with salary packaging.

You will support participants living with disability with person-centred care, require Certificate III/IV or Diploma with nursing registration, WWCC, NDIS check, First Aid/CPR, and ability to lift 10kg. Training and ongoing clinical support provided.

• Certificate III/IV in supported care for disability or equivalent.
• Diploma of Nursing and current AHPRA registration for Enrolled Nurse.
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, WWCC, First Aid/CPR, and Police Check.

Essential Requirements

• Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, Community Services, or equivalent (Support Workers).
• Diploma of Nursing and current AHPRA registration (Enrolled Nurses).
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
• Current Working With Children Check.
• Current First Aid and CPR Certificate.
• National Police Check.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to lift 10kg unassisted
• Experience in Concierge model a bonus but not essential
