Job summary

Pathway Talent in Sydney is seeking a Concierge Disability Support Worker / Enrolled Nurse for casual and contract opportunities. From AUD 45.28 per hour, with Salary Packaging available, you’ll join a participant-centered team dedicated to empowering people living with disability.

As part of a small group, you’ll build meaningful relationships, understand individual routines and goals, and coordinate supports that promote independence and quality of life while maintaining high professional

Qualifications

• Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, Community Services, or equivalent (Support Workers).
• Diploma of Nursing and current AHPRA registration (Enrolled Nurses).
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
• Current Working With Children Check.
• Current First Aid and CPR Certificate.
• National Police Check.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift 10kg unassisted.
• Experience in Concierge model a bonus but not essential.
