Job summary

Pathway Talent is seeking a casual Concierge Disability Support Worker / Enrolled Nurse to join our premium, participant‑centred team in Sydney. You will build trusted relationships with a small group of participants, support daily living activities, and work closely with families and health professionals.

Ideal candidates possess Certificate III or IV in Individual Support or Disability or Diploma of Nursing with current AHPRA registration, plus NDIS Worker Screening, WWCC, and First Aid/CPR.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or IV in eligible field required.
• Diploma of Nursing with current AHPRA registration for Enrolled Nurse.
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working With Children Check and First Aid/CPR.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain professional relationships with a small group of participants.
• Understand each participant’s preferences, routines, goals and aspirations.
• Coordinate supports to enhance independence and quality of life.
• Act as a proactive problem solver to improve participant outcomes.
• Collaborate with families, guardians, support coordinators and allied health professionals.
