Job summary

Everyday Independence in Deakin is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver life-changing therapy to NDIS participants. We offer full-time, part-time (4 days per week) or 9-day fortnight arrangements with a competitive salary and extra benefits.

You will work across diverse settings, from homes to schools and workplaces, while contributing to a supportive, interdisciplinary team and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy and General AHPRA Registration.
• Positive and flexible approach to work.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
• Valid driver's license; NDIS/Disability experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide life-changing occupational therapy to NDIS participants.
• Develop therapy plans using evidence-based tools to maximise NDIS funding.
• Work within an interdisciplinary team of allied health professionals.
• Build meaningful relationships with participants and supports.
• Attend weekly team meetings and collaborate with the Hub team.
• Receive mentoring from Team Leader and Therapy Mentor.
