Job summary

Everyday Independence is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide life-changing therapy to NDIS participants, in diverse settings from homes to schools and community centres.

We offer full-time, part-time (4 days/week) or 9-day fortnight roles with a competitive salary and options such as a vehicle, laptop and mobile. PD allowance and ongoing mentoring support are included to help you grow professionally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy.
• General AHPRA Registration.
• A positive and flexible approach to work.
• Strong communication skills and a team player.
• Commitment to personal and professional development.
• Valid driver's license.
• NDIS Workers Screening Check.
• Working with Children Check.
• Experience working in NDIS/disability is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide life-changing occupational therapy to NDIS participants.
• Create therapy plans using evidence-based assessment tools.
• Work within an interdisciplinary team.
• Build meaningful relationships with participants and supports.
• Attend weekly team meetings at the Hub.
• Receive guidance from Team Leader and Therapy Mentor.
