Kirinari Corporate in regional Australia is seeking an experienced Marketing & Development Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will lead marketing, communications and development initiatives to strengthen our brand, support growth and create meaningful impact.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Communications, you will develop strategies, run integrated campaigns across digital and traditional media, build stakeholder partnerships and mentor the marketing team to deliver measurable

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Marketing/Communications or related field.
• Experience delivering strategic marketing and development initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing and communications strategies across priority service areas.
• Drive brand awareness and strengthen Kirinari's market position.
• Lead integrated campaigns across digital, social, print and traditional media channels.
• Manage Kirinari's digital presence (website, social media, online engagement).
• Identify opportunities for organisational growth and business development.
• Build and maintain relationships with community partners, supporters, sponsors and donors.
• Coordinate events and community engagement activities.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Manage external marketing suppliers, agencies and creative partners.
• Support media relations and reputation management.
• Ensure communications align with accessibility, inclusion and brand standards.
• Mentor and support marketing team members.
