Job summary

Respect Group is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to bring our marketing plans to life across Residential Aged Care, Retirement Living and Home Care. You will create engaging content, coordinate campaigns and suppliers, support digital activity and ensure timely, high-quality materials.

You will work across multiple projects to strengthen our brand, engage audiences and support services through effective marketing and communications.

Qualifications

• Hands-on marketing coordination experience.
• Strong writing and editing skills for multi-channel content.
• Experience creating materials across print, digital and social media.
• Experience managing social channels (Facebook, LinkedIn).
• Ability to coordinate campaigns, assets and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork across locations.
• Proficiency with marketing software and email marketing tools.
• Driver's license and suitability checks in aged care context.

Responsibilities

• Support campaign planning by researching activity and coordinating schedules and budgets.
• Adapt campaign concepts for different homes and channels, manage bookings and print.
• Write and adapt content for social media, email, flyers and websites.
• Create marketing collateral using brand guidelines and templates.
• Schedule social media content and assist with email campaigns and website updates.
• Research local media opportunities, obtain quotes and coordinate print, signage and events.
• Liaise with suppliers, media outlets and internal teams to deliver activities.
• Provide day-to-day admin and marketing support to Sales and Marketing team.
