Deloitte is seeking an Associate Director for M&A Transaction Services in Sydney/Western Sydney. You will lead complex transactions, work with Australia’s largest corporates and PE clients, and collaborate with global teams to deliver insightful due diligence and financial analytics.

You will develop deep business understanding, report on opportunities and risks, and mentor junior staff while expanding data analytics capabilities using cutting-edge tools.

Formación

• Post graduate qualification in finance (CA/CPA or Masters in Applied Finance).
• 7+ years in professional services across Audit and Transaction Services, ideally Big 4.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles.
• Structured thinking with attention to detail for complex transactions.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint with data analytics/visualization.

Responsabilidades

• Execute high-profile M&A transactions and provide due diligence insights.
• Collaborate on cross-border deals with global colleagues.
• Analyze historical trading, cash flow and forecasts to inform decisions.
• Provide dynamic reporting and insights on opportunities and risks.
• Mentor and coach junior team members.
• Develop analytics capabilities and improve financial modeling.
