Qualifications

• Post graduate qualification, e.g. CA, CPA or Masters in Applied Finance.
• 7+ years of professional services experience across Audit and Transaction Services (ideally with Big 4).
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and concepts.
• Structured thinking style with focus on detail to support financial analysis for complex transactions.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills and experience with data analytics and visualization software.
• Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills with proven ability to develop strong business relationships.

• Execute high-profile M&A transactions with due diligence and client stakeholders.
• Collaborate on cross-border deals with global colleagues across markets.
• Develop deep business understanding from historical trading, cash flow and forecasts.
• Report and advise clients on opportunities, risks and price considerations.
