Qualifications

• 2+ years of corporate finance or business valuation experience in a professional service environment.
• Understanding of generally accepted valuation methodologies: cost, market and income.
• Competency in complex valuations, modelling or data analysis including Visual Basic, SAS, Monte Carlo.
• Sound commercial awareness and interest in market conditions and how value is derived.
• Interest in pursuing business development activities internally and externally.
• Proactive approach and interest in delivering quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Financial and market research, analysis and benchmarking.
• Valuation and data analytics.
• Delivering valuation opinions and building AI Agents and tools for the valuation team.
• Preparation and participation in client meetings and presentations.
• Preparation and review of valuation reports and other client deliverables.
• Project management including managing client relationships and engagement budgets.
• Working in diverse teams within an inclusive culture.
