Job summary

PwC Australia is seeking a Senior Manager/Associate Director in Deals Transaction Services to lead complex financial due diligence for major transactions. You’ll guide buy-side and sell-side engagements, analyse performance drivers, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

You will work with private equity, infrastructure funds, and large clients, leveraging AI tools to elevate delivery and client experience, while mentoring junior colleagues and growing the practice.

Qualifications

• Extensive transaction services background with a focus on financial due diligence.
• Experience advising private equity, infrastructure funds, and ASX-listed or large private buyers/sellers.
• Strong ability to transform financial data into actionable deal insights.
• Proficiency with AI and analytics to enhance deal delivery.
• Proven ability to build lasting client relationships and lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, commercially focused financial due diligence for major transactions.
• Oversee buy-side and sell-side engagements and identify key value drivers and risks.
• Act as trusted advisor to senior executives and present clear recommendations.
• Develop deep sector knowledge and deliver data-driven insights to clients.
• Utilize PwC tools, including AI/analytics, to improve delivery and outcomes.
• Coach and develop junior team members and foster an inclusive, high-performing team.
• Support growth of the Transaction Services practice across the deal lifecycle.
