The Customer Service Consultant supports inbound/outbound inquiries via phone, live chat and email across geographies, while also handling commercial disputes and driving customer-centric improvements.

Qualifications

• You should have a couple of years of experience as a Customer Service Agent.
• Passion for world-class service and driving positive NPS engagement.

Responsabilités

• Handle inbound and outbound customer enquiries via phone, live chat and email.
• Own and progress customer cases from enquiry through to resolution, balancing priorities and deadlines.
• Advise on product feedback to improve customer experience and support continuous improvement.
• Investigate and manage commercial disputes between customers and debtors.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects to streamline processes and boost efficiency.
