Interact Australia is seeking a Senior Employment Consultant to drive employment outcomes for participants in the Inclusive Employment Australia program. You will engage with local employers, identify opportunities, and securely place candidates into meaningful roles, while mentoring a caseload of job seekers with disability to achieve sustainable employment.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and support a caseload of job seekers with disability to achieve sustainable employment.
Develop tailored employment plans and provide pre-employment preparation.
Partner with employers to identify inclusive opportunities and place candidates into meaningful roles.
Build strong relationships with community organisations and stakeholders.
Address workplace adjustments, mentoring, and training needs to ensure success.
Monitor progress and intervene early to overcome barriers to retention.
Maintain accurate records and compliance with IEA program requirements.
