Apm Employment Services is looking for an Employment Consultant at our Preston, VIC site as part of the Inclusive Employment Australia Program. This role blends people support with sales, relationship building and administration to create meaningful employment outcomes for participants.

You will market candidates to employers, coach job-ready skills, and develop sustainable employment pathways through strong local partnerships.

Formación

• Experience in sales, business development, recruitment, or customer-facing roles.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Passion for helping people overcome barriers and succeed.

Responsabilidades

• Support participants to become job-ready and market candidates to employers.
• Build relationships with local businesses to create employment pathways.
• Coach participants on resumes, interview prep, and job-search strategies.
• Drive employment outcomes by advocating for participants with employers.
• Generate opportunities through employer visits and outreach.
• Maintain a pipeline of employers and monitor KPI targets.
