APM is hiring an Employment Consultant at our Bega NSW site within the Workforce Australia Program. You’ll translate sales and customer focus into life-changing employment outcomes, connecting with participants and stakeholders to create opportunities.

You’ll engage with diverse job seekers, provide support for education or employment pathways, and collaborate with employers to champion inclusive hiring. APM values diversity and opportunity for all.

Qualifications

• Eligibility to work in Australia.
• A current driver’s licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle.
• Willing to complete a National Police Check.
• Able to pass a Working with Children Check.

Responsibilities

• Find the perfect match – support participants with Workforce Australia to prepare for, find and maintain sustainable employment.
• Boost confidence – help participants see strengths and overcome obstacles.
• Shake things up – provide creative solutions to overcome employment challenges.
