Job summary

APM Group is hiring an Employment Consultant for the Epping, VIC site within the Inclusive Employment Australia Program. You will support participants to become job-ready, market candidates to employers, and build strong employer relationships, balancing people support with proactive engagement.

You will bring experience in sales, recruitment or customer-facing roles, be a natural communicator, and committed to helping people with disability secure meaningful employment.

Qualifications

• Eligibility to work in Australia.
• Current driver’s licence and comprehensively insured vehicle.
• Willing to complete a National Police Check and Working with Children Check.
• Available to work Full-Time Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm.

Responsibilities

• Support participants to become job-ready and overcome barriers.
• Actively market candidates to employers and generate job opportunities.
• Build relationships with local businesses to create sustainable employment pathways.
• Balance people support with proactive employer engagement and outcome delivery.
• Drive KPI targets across placements, engagement and activity levels.
• Maintain compliance, documentation and data entry in line with program requirements.
