APM Employment Services in Gosford, NSW is seeking an Employment Consultant to help participants prepare for and secure meaningful employment under the Workforce Australia program. You will identify suitable job matches, build relationships with local employers and support participants to navigate barriers to employment.

You bring strong communication, empathy and stakeholder engagement, with a passion for diversity and inclusion.

Formación

• Experience working in human services or workforce programs is advantageous.
• Ability to connect with diverse participants and employers.
• Strong communication, listening and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades
