Qualifications

• SC1 Demonstrated experience and flexibility to work with children across the ELC.
• SC2 Knowledge of the National Early Years Learning Framework and NQS, contribute to the ELC QIP.
• SC3 Understanding of children's development and various teaching approaches.
• SC4 Ability to communicate effectively with children, families and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
• SC5 Commitment to maintaining a safe learning environment and policies.
• SC6 Dedication to ongoing professional learning and growth.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering a developmentally appropriate program for children in the ELC.
• Support documentation, planning and learning reflections with the team.
• Contribute to a safe, inclusive and engaging learning environment.
• Collaborate with staff, families and external partners in program delivery.
• Participate in performance reviews and comply with OHS and child safety requirements.
