Job summary

ITEC Group Australia is seeking passionate Disability Support Workers to empower people with disability, guided by participant choice and care plans, collaborating with participants and care coordinators to deliver meaningful NDIS-funded supports.

Ideal candidates have availability to work 20+ hours per week, hold a Certificate III in Individual Support, NDIS Worker Screening and Working with Children checks, and current First Aid (HLTAID011) with CPR (HLTAID009).

Qualifications

• Availability to work at least 20 hours per week with a mix of shifts
• Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check
• First Aid and CPR certifications

Responsibilities

• Provide respectful personal care and daily living support
• Assist with domestic tasks and meal prep
• Support access to community and social participation
• Document care activities and complete incident reports
