Job summary

Eden Academy Harris Crossing is seeking a high-impact Centre Manager to lead a resource-rich early childhood environment and a valued team. You will guide operations, nurture educator growth, and foster strong family connections in a centre supporting up to 130 children.

The role offers autonomy, a generous above‑award salary, and ongoing leadership collaboration across the Eden Academy network. A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and relevant checks are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education or ACECQA-recognised equivalent.
• Working with Children Check current.
• Australian working rights in place.
• Child Protection certificate current.
• Food Safety Supervisor certificate held.
• Warm, approachable and professional manner.
• Strong connections with families and local community.
• Two professional references including a childcare/education setting manager or supervisor.
