Job summary

Randstad is seeking an APS6 Support Needs Assessor for a national program. You will conduct comprehensive support needs assessments via semi-structured interviews with NDIS participants and write strengths-based reports that clearly describe life situations and needs.

This is a full-time, hybrid/remote role with occasional local NDIS office visits. Essential credentials include a tertiary allied health or nursing qualification or an NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner; Australian citizenship is

Qualifications

Tertiary qualification in Allied Health, Nursing, Education or NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner.
Experience with person-centred/strengths-based assessments.
Experience with semi-structured interviews is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive support needs assessments via semi-structured interviews with NDIS participants.
Review files and conduct virtual or face-to-face assessments.
Write high-quality, strengths-based reports capturing life situations and needs.
