BK Behavior in Australia is seeking experienced Registered Behavior Technicians to deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes and community settings, implementing skill-building plans and recording progress for the clinical team.

Part-time positions with flexible scheduling are offered. A 6-month commitment is encouraged to help transform lives of children with autism. Ideal candidates are patient, compassionate, and eager to learn.

Qualifications

• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
